God Is Not

God is not a maid who will clean up after your messes.
God does not “belong” to any one person, place or thing.
God is not to blame for all the things that are bad in the world.
God is not vengeful or spiteful.
God is not easy or simple.

As a lot of people have pointed out before, sometimes the easiest way to define someone or something is by starting with what that someone or something is not.

And even then, you still won’t have a lot of answers.
